The activities are carried out in two workshops locations; the forest at Mas Duran and the sea nearby Mas Caials.
The Forest Workshop takes place 3 days per week - Monday, Tuesday & Wednesday - at Mas Duran, inside the Cap de Creus National Park. The farm is a 10 minutes by car from Cadaqués. The place offers a natural environment, wild life, forests, meadows, olive groves, dry stone walls, sea views, mountain trails and much more opportunities to learn about the natural world. Although it is possible to go there by car Escola del Bosc, children are invited to walk to Mas Duran every morning, accompanied by our team of educators. The walk to Mas Duran starts at Pavelló Municipal de Cadaqués at 9.00 am and takes place along a beautiful path rural. This is the first class of the day and parents are welcome to accompany. Alternatively children can be dropped off directly at Mas Duran at 9:30 a.m.
The marine education workshop takes place two days a week - Thursday and Friday - at Mas Caials. The property is located in the village of Cadaqués and offers nearby access to the natural environment of sea, wildlife, beaches, pine forests, trails, and many opportunities to learn about the marine natural world. The meeting point for families will be at the entrance to Mas Caials. This workshop will be held in conjunction with the Cap de Creus Natural Park staff, who will offer a wide variety of educational activities about the park, such as: Neptune's Magical Day, The Missing Sea, The Mediterranean, a Sea to Discover, Set Sail, Turn Off the Lights, Beach Ecology, Snorkel!
